She is not yet 8.00 and I've built a small paddock in our garden. It will come in handy today when the veterinarian will come to do the veterinary exam on Franz (so I can finaly get him properly insured! The swedish insurance companies was not happy with the Italian certificate) and he will get his first vaccination shot.
I am not sure if you remebered, but I booked te veterinarian for the same tasks in the end of July, but we couldn't go through with it since Franz decided that he did not wanted to be catched... I chose to await and train him a bit more before I booked the veterinarian again and now the time has come.
I hope we will be able to do the flexion test on his frontlegs atleast... I am also a bit concerned about the shot. I am not sure at all how Franz will react. It is not like I want him to get stressed up and be forced to take several steps backwards in our training... I acctually do not think we are ready for this yet, but sometimes you just have to do it. Especially when it comes to veterinarian care and hoof care.
Though, before I start to deal with those chorse, I will sit here in the sofa, listen to my favourite album "the celtic stillness" together with Liam who is sleepin with his head in my lap.
