So this is Divino. My 'mailorder pony' (though 1,55 cm tall, he is not realy a pony) from andalusitano. I stumbled over his picture online while surfing around on the agencys homepage and after that I just could not forget about him. A lot of happy coincidences made it possible for me to buy him.

It is a bit funny. He doesn't realy loo like a powerful and strong spanish horse, he look more like a swedish varmblooded trotter. But I think that he will start to look more like a riding horse with more muscles and right training.
He arrived in may 2014, he was a bit stressed and thin by the long journey. I gave him almost a year with light ground work just to get him settled and relaxed. In the beginning he did not care about humans, and were not to eager to hang out and be social. That has changed quite a lot... Now he is always up for training and hanging out, often one of the first to greet you in the paddock and never leaving your side. He always tries to sneak out if you are going to take out another horse for training.

Divino is also somewhat of a diva. He is clearly showing of discomfort or if he thinks you are treating him wrong. He is also very "hot" in his temper and can easily get stressed so we are working a lot on be able to keep the energy without the stress. Though he is quite a cool and brave kid, he just has the need to react first and think later.

At the moment we have started to explore the piaffe from the ground to gain stability and we are also doing a bit of hacking out.
