Gelding
My once in a lifetime horse.
I was not supposed to buy him. I only looked at him because the breed sounded intresting and since you always should "look at many horses before you decide". I ended up with only looking at him.
There was something special with that young grey horse. He was only four years old and recently introduced to a rider. But I just felt completly safe with him. Like I could trust him with my life.
I got that warm, fuzzy feeling in my tummy and I couldn't stop smiling.
He has been my companion ever since. There hasn't been one single thing that we haven't been able to do togerher.
We have done jousting, cross country, liberty dressage, trick training, clickertraining, driving, academic art of dressage, working equitation, team sorting and much more.
Due to juvenile bone spavin he is now retired, living out his days in the herd. He is the herds old and wise leader, providing comfort and safety. His disease left me totaly heartbroken and lost, and the struggle to find my way back to some sort of true meaning and happines with my life has been like swimming in quick sand. This horse means the world to me.
I hope that he will stay with me for many years to come.
